There are the following sizes of accommodation to choose from:

A: One studio (30sqm) suitable for 2-3 people, having one living/bedroom with twin beds and a sofa bed, dining table and seating, kitchenette, shower/WC, and a large shared terrace with wonderful sea views.

B: Two apartments (35sqm) suitable for 2-3 people, having one twin bedroom, a living/dining room with a further sofa bed, seating and a well equipped kitchenette, shower/WC, and a large shared terrace with wonderful sea views.

C: One large stylish 3 bedroom maisonette (170sqm) suitable for 6 people, built on three levels connected by an impressive marble staircase. The front entrance opens to a split-level living area in white marble finished to luxury standard. This floor contains a fully equipped modern kitchen, separated from the dining/living area by a breakfast bar, one living/bedroom with two sofa beds, and shower/WC. Stairs lead up to the second living area with marble fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and terrace looking out over the sea. Further up to a third level are two bedrooms (1 x twin beds and 1 x double bed), one with balcony with sea views, and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.

Around the side of the house, steps lead down to the garden. At the end of the long lawn are steps leading directly down to the sea. A short walk of approx. 50 metres around the shore takes you to the sand and shingle beach of Havania.

Tavernas and shops are some 300 metres away, and a wide variety of shops, cafes, tavernas and other tourist amenities can be found in Agios Nikolaos. A bus stop offering a regular service to the town centre is 100 metres away. This is a lovely spot right by the sea, for a most relaxing holiday.
