Villa
Lucia is a 250sqm in size modern house, and is suitable for 8 people.
It sits in extensive private grounds of 17,000sqm, with a good sized
swimming pool, and has fabulous views of the massive White Mountains
and out over the sea. The towns of Rethymnon and Chania lie 20km
and 50km away respectively.
On the ground floor the villa has a large split-level living/dining
room with TV and radio. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a
washing machine and dishwasher, shower/WC, and a sun terrace. On
the first floor, there are four twin bedrooms, one shower/WC and
a bathroom with a large bath/WC. There are balconies leading off
all the bedrooms. There is also central heating for extra comfort
(extra charge), out of season. The large gardens provide an ideal
space for family barbecues and sun bathing around the private pool.
On the edge of the grounds there is one apartment, which can be
rented in combination with Villa Lucia. It is 120sqm in size and
suitable for 4-5 people. The apartment comprises
of a well equipped living/kitchen area with a double folding bed,
a living room with a single sofa bed and TV, one bedroom with double
bed and veranda, bathroom/WC, and a shower/WC with washing machine.
Cleaning and linen change are once weekly.
The owners have a small cottage within the large grounds, which
is discreetly set away from the villa. For shops, tavernas and kafenions,
the delightfully ethnic country village of Episkopi is 1,5km away,
and only 3km away is one of the most impressive beaches around Rethymnon.
We consider a car to be essential.
