The ground floor has an elegant living room full of atmosphere, with a stone corner fireplace, various antiques, and a satellite TV. To the rear of the villa there is a huge veranda with ample patio furniture, and the garden. The large dining kitchen of the house is fully equipped. It has two fridge/freezers, full electric cooker, separate built in ovens, coffee-machine, toaster, microwave, and a dishwasher. Further to this, there is a pantry with a small washing machine. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, and a shared bathroom with hip-bath, shower and WC. The first bedroom has a single bed, the second one has a small or French double bed, while the third bedroom has twin beds, and French doors to a patio.
The first floor has a small lobby area with two bedrooms off, and there is a large veranda with sea views. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and a small private balcony overlooking the gardens. The other double bedroom has a double bed, a small seating area, en-suite shower room/hip-bath/WC and a 30sqm balcony.

At the end of the huge rear gardens, beyond the olive grove and a fringe of tall trees, there is a gate through the fence directly onto the beach. Close by, after 50 metres, there are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, and a beach taverna. There is a variety of tavernas and shops, and a bus stop all within walking distance while there are also three bicycles for the use of our guests. This is a perfect spot for those who like to be within private, secluded grounds, yet a few minutes from the beach and equally very close to a wide variety of amenities.
